Bio-medics & Engineering (BME) Division is the backbone of the institute. The major role of this Division is to provide technical support and general services to cope up the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all sorts of equipment. BME Department composed of following sections
This Section provides services of preventive maintenance, repair, and maintenance of all medical equipment. It is involved in installation, commissioning and procurement of the new medical equipment. Main responsibility of this section is to ensure down time of medical equipments to be as low as possible.
The Information Technology (IT) section provides services of preventive maintenance, repair and maintenance of the installed computers and its allied accessories. It ensures smooth functioning of computers, printers, telephone exchange, and other IT related tasks such as network management, software deployment and troubleshooting. This Section is also responsible for implementation of Cyber Security Policies, HMIS, MIS & AIMs and internet/video link services inside MINAR.
General Services (GS) Section provides services of preventive maintenance, repair, and maintenance of the all the electrical installations. This section is involved in installation of the new electrical equipment. Moreover, it is also responsible for services in the fields of mechanical, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, civil works, office building, furniture, and fixtures
